Community Focus

I am honored to have the opportunity to join the tremendous community of individuals at Bread for the City , a DC-based non-profit that provides various free services to low-income residents, including housing, clothing, food, legal and health services.

On Fridays, I provide acupuncture services to some of the most grateful and humble people I’ve ever met. Acupuncture is a newly-offered service under the BFTC auspices, but we hope to develop it into a major integrative component of the non-profits service mission.

The opportunity to work at Bread for the City is made possible by AIM Health Institute, an incredible non-profit founded by Dr. Mikhail Kogan of the George Washington Center for Integrative Medicine. I work with Dr. Kogan and a compassionate team who are working hard to bring integrative health programs to DC’s underserved populations.
